ABC Company Price List

Below are the carpet products you have elected to include in your current carpet standards program. The prices below supersede all previous prices for these products. Pricing includes material, fee and delivery using a freight allowance of $.60/yard, no tax. These prices will be valid until Metzger, Inc. receives a notice from any supplier regarding a price increase. Typically, we receive a 30 day advanced notice for new pricing. All suppliers have agreed to honor their prices until such time that a verifiable industry wide cost increase occurs, at which time we would increase your price proportionately to the added cost supplied by the manufacturer. Terms, net 30 days.

All prices are for action back 12' broadloom, unless noted for an individual product.

Cut sizes vary by mill; below are the size of cut yardage for each supplier. Cut charges are applied per style and individual colorway.

General Notes:
Metzger, Inc. will invoice Client for material, freight costs associated with each order, Metzger, Inc. fee, no tax.

Terms are net 30 days.

All prices are subject to any mill increases, which Metzger, Inc. will receive a 30-day advanced notice from the mill and in turn inform client.

Metzger, Inc. will continually monitor the industry for new options and make these available as requested should a price increase to a selected product noted above push that product outside an acceptable cost Metzger, Inc. will find acceptable replacements in concert with staff.

Metzger, Inc. will send to client all maintenance, specifications, installation instructions, and warranty information, for your selected products. Client is to forward all manufacturers recommendations for maintenance and installation procedures to your selected service providers.
